One of the aims of psychodrama is to build community through people
assisting others to develop themselves.
At this psychodrama workshop the work of the group will be carried out in a
variety of ways including: taking up auxiliary roles, dramatic enactments,
and reflections. There is an emphasis on experiential learning, producing a
satisfying and integrating experience.

He reflects; I embarked on my own personal development work when I was a

psychodrama to be a powerful tool for my personal growth and therefore

time I joined my first men's group, which I found valuable for redefining my
thoughts, feelings, and roles as a man.

Boots and All
A Psychodrama Weekend for Men
Led by Simon Jones and Simon Gurnsey
meditation with David Goldsmith
At Journey's End - Leigh Lodge
Friday 14th May till Sunday 16th of May
About Boots and All
This men's residential psychodrama weekend will consist of a number of group
sessions with plenty of time for fun. Come along prepared to participate fully
and to engage with yourself and others. Through using the psychodrama method,
you can begin to understand what the underlying issues are in a situation or
with a person. Find out what you really want and learn how to work with others
to achieve your goals. 'Learn 'to be useful, to be responsible, to be
compassionate, to matter, to count, to stand for something, to make some
difference' (Leo Rosten).
About Psychodrama
Psychodrama is a tool for professional and personal growth. In
psychodrama the drama of life is enacted, as both a rehearsal and a preparation
for living the kind of life you want to live. Experiencing psychodrama offers
possibilities for change and human evolution, for individuals, groups and
society. Men at all levels of experience of psychodrama will benefit from
participation in this workshop. You don't have to have any experience of
psychodrama to benefit.
